Matthew is an old geezer who has been around for years. He has forgotten more stuff than most people will ever know.
Being old does have its advantages though - like the experience of programming for more than 20 years: everything from Fortran on punched cards to Java on the latest multi-processor hardware. He's also spent way too much time picking up qualifications. He has a degree in Engineering as well as an MBA and Sun Certification for his Java skills. Not to mention two software patents [US Patent no.'s 6,154,822 and 5,995,960] and many (very many) years of real-world project experience in sectors ranging from Financial Services through Retail, Telecommunications, Government and Construction.

Martin started his programming life at the age of 10 when he wired up a home made pressure pad built from ice cream lids and tin foil to the joystick port of his Texas Instruments TI-99/4A WITH speech synthesizer. Armed with interpreted BASIC, Martin cobbled together his first program that polled for a joystick event and subsequently answered the front door.
12 years later, Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Industrial Mathematics and Computing (with distinction).
Now with over 15 years of commercial experience in IT, Martin is recognised as an expert in many technologies including C, C++, Java (J2EE), JSP, JMS, XML, XSLT, EJB and has experience with many products including ARIBA , TIBCO, Tomcat, WebLogic BEA, WebSphere Applicaton Server, MQSeries and Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and MySQL DBMS's.
Martin also specialises in VoIP and PBX covering all aspects of SER, SEMS and Asterisk development and consulting. www.sipbroker.com and www.voxalot.com are examples of the sophisticated VoIP technology he can deliver.

Craig started his IT career in typically underwhelming fashion by dropping out of University (B.AppSci(CompScI)) after being offered a full-time position at IBM. Some 13 years later, still harbouring vague thoughts of completing his degree, he was suckered into leaving IBM to form H.A. Enterprises with Martin and Matthew.
Craig was an IT Architect with IBM Global Services Australia (IBMGSA) for around 5 years. Prior to that, he was an IT Specialist for approximately 8 years. During this time, he performed a number of roles ranging from development, design, architecture and deployment. He has been a technical lead on many multi-million dollar projects with large customers such as Commonwealth Bank, St. George Bank, Department of Defence, Amway, and Blackwoods.
He is also the author of two IBM redbooks: Using VisualAge for Java Enterprise Version 2 to Develop CORBA and EJB Applications and DB2 Connections between OS/2, AIX and MVS.
He has extensive and in-depth implementation experience with the following platforms and technologies: Java J2EE, EJB, Struts, C/C++, WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat, WebLogic, DB2, MySQL, Oracle, MQSeries, Linux, Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP, AIX, and MVS. There are also a large number of other dead (or slowly dying) technologies that he is too embarrassed to admit he knows anything about.
Feel free to drop him an email to craig@haenterprises.com.au.
